Sometimes exams can bring higher levels of anxiety and stress to young people, and we need to use methods to manage this. Staff at St Hugh’s are very conscious of the well-being of students. Also, we know that being prepared can minimise feelings of anxiety; there are many support classes on after school where students can talk to teachers about any concerns that they may have, and gain the help that they need.
Sometimes, it is just good to talk! We can do that too.
