EYFS children have worked in groups to find out lots of interesting facts about dinosaurs using the internet and non-fiction books.
The Raindrops took photographs of each other pretending to be dinosaurs! They used Mrs Smyth’s iPad to take the photographs.
On Monday 22 May, the children in EYFS thoroughly enjoyed their Dinosaur Day. The children became palaeontologists for the morning as they uncovered and researched the fossils that they found from herbivores, carnivores and plant and sea life.
In the afternoon there was an assembly where, along with the rest of lower site, we learnt a little more about dinosaurs and we even all came face to face with 8year old Sophie - a T-Rex! The children were all so brave and thoroughly enjoyed a day that they'll never forget!
